Return Eligibility

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days after receiving your order.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact us at novacarats@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Please note that returns or exchanges requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized & Personalized Jewelry

Customized, made-to-order, modified, or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. As these items are specially created according to your specifications, all sales are considered final.

Engraved Jewelry

Any item that has been engraved or personalized with custom text cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional information.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange has been approved by our customer service team.

To request an exchange, please email novacarats@outlook.com with your order details and reason for the exchange.

Gift Purchases

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit may be issued for eligible returns.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Before returning any item, please contact novacarats@outlook.com for return authorization and return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For items valued over $200, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. NOVACARATS cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
